With a background rooted in media, music, storytelling, and strategy, Joseph built the foundation of eclectiq MEDIA by turning raw ideas into polished videos, high-converting websites, and organic campaigns designed to build trust and drive measurable results.

In 2025, Kenny Withers joined eclectiq MEDIA as Operations Manager, bringing a sharp focus on systems, scalability, and performance-driven growth. That same year marked a turning point as Joseph stepped away from the company, passing the torch into a new era.

Kenny continues to build on the strong foundation that was established—maintaining the core services that clients trust—while introducing a more refined direction centered around one key driver of growth: the Video Ad Growth Engine. This system is designed to help businesses not only create compelling video content, but consistently turn that content into leads, customers, and revenue.

As the founder of Paper & Pulse, she’s spent over a decade helping small businesses stay organized and inspired without losing their creative spark. A designer at heart with a knack for systems, Harmony creates clean, personal branding and social content that feels genuinely human. Behind the scenes, her bookkeeping keeps creative entrepreneurs free to do what they love.
